Queen for a Day

Here is another card I did in 1 hour and the reason is I had the Tilda image already colored in Copics.  I will spend time practicing my coloring and then when I get some good images, I will save them for quick cards.  Sometimes I am inspired by paper and then I will color the image according to the paper I picked out.  Anyways, after choosing my colored image I found 1 piece of 12x12 paper to use for the card as a background.  Then I need the base card and them die cut any embellishments I will use.  Some basic ones I have already cut and stored.
So then I assemble the card and here it is in 1 hour depending on how patient my little helper is.

I would like to enter the following challenges
Simon Says Stamps Challenge Diamond Jubilee Crowns

  7. Love all of the butterflies! I have a small pouch full of precolored images, too. Sometimes, I just feel like coloring rather than creating. Those precolored images are sure helpful when I have to knock a card out quickly. Your card is so sweet and pretty!

  8. Lovely color theme with a gorgeous Tilda! You always do such fabulous work!
    Hugs, Cathy-Lynn

  9. Lovely butterfly edge and fun to see all those little cute embellishments all over this card Kelly. Such a sweet creation :o)

  10. What a cute card! The butterfly border is very creative. And thank you for explaining your process on how to accomplish a card in an hour, very informative.

  11. Fabulous work, as always! Love the stunning colors and beautiful details!

  12. Beautifully done, I am studying like crazy!

  13. You really have a good eye Kelly and I love the mood you set with your creations. The mix of paper here is outstanding. I love what you have done here.
