I made a card for some challenges and one is monochromatic so I chose a blue green color as it is one of my favorites that I do not get sick of.
I wanted to mimic his crown so pieces of triangular shaped card stock are in the background with stamped baby feet on it. I used sage shadow from SU.
The DP behind Edwin are pale cloud images and then I used a Spellbinders to make my circles.
On the left is a bow made with wrinkled ribbon and lace. I added a horse charm and It's a boy metal charm to the bow.
The inside is sage shadow ribbon and cardstock with the other 2 DP's I used. They are scraps so they have no names on them. You should see my scraps, 2 big drawers full and then I have alot of regular paper that I haven't even put a dent in! I am a hoarder of patterned paper, it is hard not to buy them, they are so pretty.
I am entering this card in the following challenges.
Have a beautiful day! It is cool finally in MN and we are having a week long breather from the hot muggy summer. Thank goodness!
