Ready for the weekend? Crafting all weekend I hope! I am out of town so no crafting for me this time...but I have a awesome card I made to show you.
I used one of the bezels I made and glued it onto a canvas ribbon and made a card, I really wanted this piece to shine and not get lost in a blank background.
I used Maja Design papers and the Magnolia Doohickey Envelope Edge on the top for my base card. There is a touch of Aged Aqua Frantage around the edges.
Here is the 2 piece bezel glued onto the canvas pleated ribbon with Glossy Accents. I love how the resin magnifies the image inside. I added more layers of ribbon using canvas ribbon from Webster's Pages and crocheted ribbon which is all held on with Soowang tape.
For the bezel itself I cut a square from a sheet of Pion Paper to get the sewing machine image. I used Glossy Accents to glue it to the bottom of the bezel. On top of the paper around the edges I used Stampendous Aged Aqua Frantage and embossed it, as well as the scissors charm. The bottom is just a charm I glued on top of paper. Both bezels are Media Mixage from Spellbinders.
Currently at 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog our challenge is Anything Goes with a twist of Marker. I hope you enter our challenge so you have a chance to win the $20.00 gift certificate to 7 Kids College Fund Store. Alot of the things I used for this Bezel I purchased from 7 Kids College Fund Store, they had the best prices as well.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, Enjoy!
