Tilda and Her Bunny in Teal and Gold

          It took me a week to get this card finished with all the interruptions. I feel like I

          am Magnolia deprived.

      The paper is from My Minds Eye and it is Stella and Rose, just love all their designs

                  I made my flower with Papertrey Ink die and used a charm to make it look like a flower pot

                   I have been practicing with my newer Copic colors and this is like my 11th try

    I used Papertrey Ink Parisian Doily Die for the gold doily accents

     I have a shelf in my craft room where I display my Maggie Cards until I feel like giving them away. I would love to sell them but I am working on 2 charities that are going to use them and I really want to help them first.  One is for my friend Diane who was in a horrific car accident but is God's example of healing.
She is healing pretty fast and surpassed all expectations. She will have a changed life however.

Soft and Vintage Feel

           I colored Tilda while my son was here so I did not keep track of the Copics I used.
           I stamped her onto Papertrey Inks Vintage Cream cardstock with Momento's 
           Cocoa colored ink. I know I used pinks with this image, my fav colors.

  I have no idea why the inside of the card is first but I clipped newspaper words that were sweet and kind
  out of the MME papers to create the mood of the card. I also made the flower with the MME paper and papertrey Ink dies and a Stampin Up corduroy brad.

         The front of the card is MME papers from Lost and Found and the ribbon is hand dyed, more info
         on it is on my right side, blinkie. a few pearls and buttons I had and a die circle heart with the bakers
         twine from Martha Stewart is all I used. But I love the Colors of soft pinks and browns.

Tilda Spreading the Love

I am using some newly purchased Copics and the end fell off and ran
onto her hair from the heart.  Kind of looks like she is bleading.

Now for something GROSS, I was cleaning our basement storage room previous too this post and garter snakes are living behind my rubbermaid boxes.  My son's found a tiny hole in the concrete where we think
they came in for the winter and are now on the move. EEEwwwww  I am not going to be comfortable in
my home for a while.  Yuk YUK YUKKK.  Spring Fever.

My Life the Past Few Weeks

 Here we are all together and sick with a horrible flu bug.  In the above picture are only 4 of my sons, youngest 2 1/2 then 22, 14, 25 years old. The older 2 are married with children.  We are missing 2 more of my sons age 11 & 16 and my daughter 17 in this picture, we just cannot seem to get it all in.

 Here is my newest daughter-in-law Laura with Brody her 1 year old son, she is pregnant with my first girl grandchild due in July, yes! we need more girls in our family so I am excited.

      This is Scott's first time riding horse. He is a U.S. Marine Corporal stationed in NC with his wife Amber and her horse and 2 dogs are living with us while they are gone, Scott just got deployment orders to Sea on a Navy Ship.  He works on helecopter engines.  He will be gone 8 months, so we may see Amber alot more.

   My Daughter Amanda has broke and trained all our horses and this is her favorite, dad likes to tease Blackjack before they go out of a cold wintery ride.  Look at all our snow still on the ground the first part of March, we just got another foot.

    My husband just came down with the Flu this morning, after we are all getting over it, ooohh is so quarantined so we do not all get it again.
