A little humor for Tick or Treating! Tilda is so astonished that she has been grounded from Halloween! But Why? She is too sweet to scare! Yep, just look at her, she is sweet and innocent looking.
She is watercolored with distressed inks and I used a Copic multi liner pen 0.1 to doodle around the fence it looks like creepy crawly things.
I took black corrugated card stock and cut it with a Spellbinders die Fleur De Lis Squares to mount Tilda on. A lacey black and silver fabric is poked in around her.
The bottom of the card has Tim Holtz scrollwork die and WOC florals along with a pumpkin I made with a circle die and tissue paper, and then pumpkins from EK success.
The multi colored ribbons are cut to fly all over and a gift from a friend, chipboard button from Jenni Bowlin, covers the ribbons.
Ok now for the surprise, A pop up card!! I learned how to make a pop up card from a tutorial I saw on the Magnolia's Down Under Challenge Blog
Camilla made this tutorial and the original is posted on her blog. Her card is so gorgeous and so are the other DT members of MDU. Camilla's instructions are very easy to follow.
On the top you can see the Tim Holtz scrollwork die really well. The Rickety House die is Tim Hotz also and I used black corrugated card stock for it. I attached a Magnolia doohickey fence and a few bat stickers. The moon I colored in copics, cut out and suspended it. Edwin is racing by white as a ghost on his bike to avoid the haunted house.
Another view
A few dimensional looks to see what I did. I used sookwang tape to secure my house, moon and Edwin. The DP are from my stash. Here it is from the side.
Here is a view from above the card.
I hope you enjoyed my pop up card and are inspired to make one. Just go to the links above to see the tutorial and how the DT made theirs, awesome design work on that blog!
Thank you for stopping by.

Good Lord Hannah! Kelly this is out of this world fabulous. I love the haunted house with the suspended moon. And your doodling is fantastic! What a great idea. Grounded - LOL! She is sitting on the ground. You clever lady. When do you get the time. Between the farm, cooking, washing, homeschooling your kids - makes me tired just to type this. I am gonna start calling you super kid!! I am old enough to be your Mother!!
